Hey! Your flaxseed question...it depends on what you're cooking! if its cold cereal or oatmeal, add after cooking. If its pancakes, muffins, bread, ANYTHING thats batter, add to the batter before cooking, or you can sprinkle on top, but I like it better in the batter! it can also be added to ANY recipe...ANYTHING! I just add to whatever sauce I am cooking and you can't taste a difference but you know its int here. Seriously helps my sons digestion as well, if you know what I mean :)
The father of my boys. The man to whom I gave my heart when I was 15. The man who makes me a better person. I am so lucky to be married to and parenting with my best friend.
Aidan Kale
The handsome, ever entertaining, lovable, demanding first born son who makes me laugh daily with his wit and whose vocabulary you will quickly adopt as your own.
Kamden Kane
Our silly, snuggly, blue-eyed little, who has to have his "gunk", tells me he loves me every day and refuses to sleep in his own bed.
