Hirschsprung's Update...

We have completed the week of two enemas daily...
And Aidan Kale and his Daddy are on their way to the hospital for a follow-up x-ray...
If he is "cleaned out" we increase his dosage of daily laxative and pray he begins to stool once or twice a day...
If this does not work...
We will have to continue to give him one enema daily...
If the x-ray shows he is NOT cleaned out...
He will be hospitalized...
We are hopeful...
We are scared...
We are praying...

Thomas The Train Day at Toys R Us...

Disappointing...
Thrown together...
Unorganized...
Still so much fun...

This Is Far From Easy...

This entire week has been awful...
I don't mention this often...
But Aidan Kale has Hirschsprung's Disease...
You can learn more about it here...
We have been trying to "clean" him out with two enemas a day...
It has been HEARTBREAKING...
I cannot convey in words how hard this has been for our entire family...
It wasn't terrible at first...
But as the week progressed Aidan became more adamant he did not want to have an "mandm" as he calls it...
Last night was the worst...
The stress in our household has reached an all time high...
Our emotions are all over the place...
Stomach in knots...
My husband and I are taking it out on each other...
Our strong willed child...
Has no control over this...
The worst party is...
His strong willed Mommy doesn't either...

Favorite Finds Friday AND a Giveaway {closed}...

Today our featured find is Tracey's Treasures Etsy Store...
Look at some of her adorable decals...

Here is a message from the very talented creator...
"My name is Tracey and I enjoy creating many different items - though jewelry design is my specialty, I also love to make different ephemera creations, as well as dabble into home decor.
I have just recently started listing vinyl decals. I make my decals with quality vinyl, which can be used indoors or out. You can use decals just about anywhere your imagination leads you: walls, windows, car, art projects, handbags, suitcases, scapbooking ... you name it - as long as the surface is not a rough or bumpy surface, these decals will stick. I'm also happy to make decals from paper or vintage wall paper, for a least expensive alternative - finished with a sealant, so you may hang and dust them. I will be listing a lot more decals in the near future, so be sure to check back with me, or contact me to see if I am able to make a custom decal for you :) I am also happy to offer custom orders and/or variations on any of my jewelry pieces or handcrafted greeting/note cards. Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by!"

Tracey's Treasures caught my eye because of this product right here...
I think these are precious...
Father and Daughter or Father and Son...
I want to buy one for my Dad {who was always an incredible softball coach on and off the field}...
And I want one of the Father and Son for Aidan Kale's baseball room...
For you though...
Tracey is offering one very lucky reader...
A FREE boy or girl silhouette with Dad, the color and approximate size up to 8.5...

Even if you don't win this unique, sweet, fun product...
You can visit Tracey's Tresures and buy one for yourself for only $5.25 {I am NOT kidding}...
She also includes a free gift with every order...

Seashell Wreath AND Glue Gun Burns...

I was inspired by Little Inspirations here...
Started with these great Dollar Tree wreath forms...
Some cream colored ribbon...
And Dollar Tree shells...
I wrapped the ribbon around the wreath form...

And hot glued the shells onto the wreath...

It was easy BUT time consuming...
And I have a few hot glue gun burns on my thumbs...
But this is the final result...
