I have just recently started listing vinyl decals. I make my decals with quality vinyl, which can be used indoors or out. You can use decals just about anywhere your imagination leads you: walls, windows, car, art projects, handbags, suitcases, scapbooking ... you name it - as long as the surface is not a rough or bumpy surface, these decals will stick. I'm also happy to make decals from paper or vintage wall paper, for a least expensive alternative - finished with a sealant, so you may hang and dust them.
