I Resolve (I Will Try) To...

Eat healthier and enjoy my weaknesses in moderation (i.e. one piece of cake NOT the entire cake)...
Consistently exercise not to lose weight per say but so I will feel better...
Have more energy...
And fewer would rather just stay in bed days...
Be more positive at work and more PATIENT knowing my time will come...
Be more positive at home even when money is tight, Kam is throwing a fit, Aidan Kale awakens at 4:45 am...
All things that will pass...
But there are precious lives forever affected by my attitude...
Be a better wife (can't we all improve in this area?)...
Nag less...
Support more...
Be attentive even when I would rather sleep...
Do at least ONE load of laundry a day rather than spending hours during the weekend when I could be spending time with my boys...
PURGE my closet and get over the fact I am not a size 2 (or XS) anymore...
Love, laugh and give...
What do you resolve?

Aidan's Gifts...

During Christmas #1 Aidan gave our family gifts he chose with care...
The expressions upon opening the gifts were filled with nothing less than LOVE...
Teaspoons...
Chip Clips...
A Sham WOW...
An imitation Swiss Army Knife...
And a strainer...
Who could ask for more?

Christmas #1...

We celebrated Christmas a little early with Nama and Dapa and Grandma and Grandpa Mosley...
It was a nice change to spread the festivities out a little so they had quality time with everyone...
And were able to enjoy their gifts without being overwhelmed...

And Aidan's favorite phrase this season...
"I've wanted this my whole life..."

Sooooo Tired...

Every evening I get home from work with grand plans of playing with my children...
Getting them ready for bed...
And spending a romantic evening with my husband...
The past few months...
I have failed...
The kids want me to lay with them until they fall asleep...
Or I am falling asleep on the couch at 7:30...
UGH!
Either way...
I am sleeping...
And my husband is awake...
NOT ideal...
I have no idea why I am so stinkin' tired...
How do you stay awake in the evening?
If I worked out would that help?
Any advice?

The Many Faces of Ho-Ho...

Our perceptive Aidan Kale noticed that Ho-Ho had different faces...
He is too smart for me sometimes...

I found the printable tags here...
I am not thrilled with the green sharpie...
I might have to find a silver one...
I wish my presents looked more like these...
Or these...
I like the black ribbon on gold paper and green on silver...

Gifts From Aidan and Kam...

A fellow Mommy blogger and friend MomBE blogged about taking her kiddos to The Dollar Tree and letting them choose gifts for their family...
I found this to be simply brilliant...
And in copycat fashion...
 We followed suit...
Aside from Aidan complaining that he NEVER gets anything...
And steering him from gift ideas he certainly wanted for himself...
Aside from trying to convince him Aunt Lana did not need another toilet bowl brush...
And reminding him she is a teacher {thus resulting in a much more appropriate gift}...
Aside from Kamden running around the store and refusing to remain in the cart...
We had a blast...
And two evenings of hard work later...
The gifts are wrapped and ready for our loved ones...
Chosen and wrapped by the sweetest little hands...
I am certain they will be well received..
